Rusty Finances

My computer skills are rather rusty at the moment so i've decided to attend an 8 month course to brush up. It is quite an expensive course but its the only way I can become employable and make money. As I don't have the cash for the course, i'm going to take out a students loan to help with all the expenses.

My finances are currently heading towards debt which shall be reversed as soon as I can put my new skills to work. My financial advisor has cautioned me about spending all this money on my course but the benefits will far outweigh the possible debts. I will also need some fast cash to buy a vehicle of some sort so i've been looking into cash advance loans and a commonwealth bank car loan.

With all the hundreds of financial institutions and loans companies around, it's becoming impossible to decide which loan to choose. Even after days of searching online, I am no closer to applying for a loan. There has to be some sort of book or guide available from banks to show me how to choose a students loan but I suspect this is not the case.

It looks like another trip to the financial advisor is in order to get my head around all these endless loan options!

Keyboard Epiphany Loan

Vacuuming my keyboard today, I realised I need a brand new computer and art studio set up. I currently have no savings or credit to speak of so I am considering unsecured fixed loans to help with all the expenses. I'll need to contact my financial advisor before I begin shopping for loans, but I can't imagine everything will be too difficult.

My dream would be to take out a home loan and purchase a beautiful house with many large bedrooms to fill with all my art and office supplies, but this is just not within my financial reach at the moment. The unsecured loans should provide me with enough money to comfortably buy all that I need without skimping on necessities.

Banks provide so many loans that it is often quite a trial deciding which bank and which loan to apply for. They provide fixed loans, variable rate loans, secured loans, unsecured loans, personal loans, even a student loan, and so many more! It would be impossible to decide without the help of a financial professional with the knowhow.

I can't wait to relax beside my brand new computer while marvelling and the artwork produced in my luxurious studio!

Vroooom!

It's time to buy a car. Yes, a brand new, shiny, new car smell infused car. I've done some research with a car loans calculator and think I have it all worked out. I'm hoping to get a bright red Celica with all the bells and whistles....including some actual bells and whistles.

I've looked at many car loans through the various company websites and there were a few that tickled my fancy but i've finally settled on an Aussie car loan. It looks to have the most affordable rates which are also customised to meet my financial capabilities. I think i'll apply online to save another bus fare and a lot of time.

Once I have bought my dream car, i'll be able to drive wherever I please! Grocery shopping will be a breeze when I don't have to struggle onto the bus laiden with bags. I'll most likely still use internet banking rather than visiting the banks in person as it is still the most convenient method of banking.

This Media Mogul will soon be travelling in style!
